Unlimited archiving

Extended archiving is a Stillio add-on that keeps your screenshots for an unlimited period instead of the standard 36 months. It is currently in private beta: it is available on request through Stillio support, and its pricing is not published yet.

What is extended archiving?

By default, every Stillio plan keeps your screenshots for 36 months, for as long as your subscription is active. Extended archiving removes that time limit, so your screenshots stay available for as long as you are a Stillio customer.

Who is it for?

Teams that need to be able to show, years later, what a web page looked like on a given day. For example for legal disputes, record keeping or internal audits. If 36 months of history is enough for you, you do not need it.

How do I get access?

Extended archiving is in private beta. To request access, email support at support@stillio.com and we will explain how it works and what it costs.

What does it change, and what does it not?

• It changes how long your screenshots are kept.
• It does not change how often screenshots are captured, or the limits of your plan on pages, frequency and sync apps.
• It is an add-on to your existing plan.
