Unlimited archiving
Stillio preserves your screenshot files for as long as you require and keeps them accessible to you through our web app.
If you have an active subscription, the first three years of archiving are included in the subscription fee. Only for screenshots older than three years, you will be charged an additional fee, ranging from $0.003 to $0.0005 per screenshot per month. The tiered pricing model is provided below. A detailed calculation of the screenshots in your account is available on your Usage page. If you choose not to preserve your screenshots indefinitely, you can opt out on the Usage page at any time.
Even if you cancel your subscription, we will continue to provide access to your screenshots for one year. For previous customers who no longer need new screenshots but wish to retain access to previously captured images, we will soon introduce an "Archive Only" subscription, with the same price per archived screenshot as regular subscriptions. Please contact us for further details.

Tiered pricing
Stillio offers a tiered pricing model for archived screenshots. This means that you will receive a reduced price per screenshot when you have more screenshots in your account.
| Tier 1 - Up to 10,000 screenshots | $0.003 per screenshot per month ($3 per 1,000 screenshots) |
| Tier 2 - From 10,001 to 50,000 screenshots | $0.002 per screenshot per month ($2 per 1,000 screenshots) |
| Tier 3 - From 50,001 to 100,000 screenshots | $0.001 per screenshot per month ($1 per 1,000 screenshots) |
| Tier 4 - More than 100,000 screenshots | $0.0005 per screenshot per month ($0.50 per 1,000 screenshots) |
Pricing examples
Example 1
If you have 5,000 screenshots that are older than 3 years, you will be charged an additional $15 on top of your subscription plan fee. See the calculation below:
Calculation: 5,000 x $0,003 (Tier 1) = $15.00
Example 2
If you have 25,000 screenshots that are older than 3 years, you will be charged an extra $60 on top of your subscription plan fee. See the calculation below:
Calculation: 10,000 x $0,003 (Tier 1) + 15,000 x $0,002 (Tier 2) = $60.00
Example 3
If you have 150,000 screenshots that are older than 3 years, you will be charged an additional $185 on top of your subscription plan fee. See the calculation below:
Calculation: 10,000 x $0,003 (Tier 1) + 40,000 x $0,002 (Tier 2) + 50,000 x $0,001 (Tier 3) + 50,000 x $0,0005 (Tier 4) = $185.00
To view your actual account usage and costs, please go to Settings > Usage in your account. You can also choose to opt out if you decide not to retain your full online archive.
