Change capture time for one or more screenshots

Sometimes you want your updated schedule to start immediately, instead of waiting for the next planned capture.

For example: you set a webpage to capture weekly, and the next screenshot is scheduled 7 days from now. You change the frequency to every 3 days but the next capture is still 7 days away. That’s because simply changing the frequency does not reset the next scheduled capture.

To apply your changes right away, you also need to update the “Starting at” date and time.

Reschedule the next capture for a single webpage

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click the webpage you want to edit
3. Click Edit settings
4. Adjust the Scheduling frequency (e.g., every 3 days)
5. Update Starting at
   • Choose Now to trigger the new schedule immediately
   • Or select any specific date and time
6. Save your changes

By resetting the Starting at field, you effectively reschedule the next screenshot. The new frequency will start counting from that moment.

If you only change the frequency but leave “Starting at” unchanged, the system will keep the existing next capture date.

Reschedule multiple webpages at once (Batch edit)

If you want to reschedule many webpages simultaneously, you can use the batch edit feature.

1. Switch to Grid or List view in your Dashboard
2. Select the webpages you want to update
3. Open the dropdown menu
4. Choose Change Next Screenshot Date
5. Select your desired date and time
6. Confirm

This will reschedule the next screenshot for all selected webpages.

Important: 1-minute interval rule

When rescheduling multiple webpages, Stillio does not capture them all at the exact same second.

To prevent flooding the target website (which could trigger firewall protection or rate limits), Stillio automatically applies a 1-minute interval per URL.

Examples:

• 10 webpages → captures spread across 10 minutes
• 60 webpages → captures spread across 1 hour
• 300 webpages → captures spread across 300 minutes (5 hours)

This behavior is intentional and protects both your monitoring setup and the websites being captured.

When should you reschedule?

Rescheduling is useful when:

• You change from weekly to daily (or any other frequency change)
• You want a new schedule to start immediately
• You need a fresh capture before an important event
• You are adjusting monitoring after launching website updates

By resetting the next screenshot time properly, you ensure your monitoring stays aligned with your needs.
