Edit multiple URLs at once
Need to make the same change to several webpages? Instead of editing them one by one, you can update dozens—or even hundreds—of webpages in a single action using Batch Edit.
Whether you want to pause captures, change the capture frequency, add tags, or update advanced settings, Batch Edit lets you apply those changes to all selected webpages at once.
💡 Important: Batch Edit only applies the changes you make in the dialog. Every setting you leave untouched stays exactly as it already is on each selected webpage. This lets you safely update dozens or even hundreds of webpages without accidentally changing unrelated settings.
Interactive walkthrough
Selecting webpages
You can select webpages in both available views.
Grid View
Move your mouse over a webpage thumbnail to reveal its checkbox, then select one or more webpages. See the walkthrough above as example.
List View
Checkboxes are always visible in List View (see screenshot below), making it easy to select multiple webpages.

After selecting your webpages, the toolbar displays how many webpages are currently selected.
Opening Batch Edit
Click Edit in the toolbar.
The Batch Edit window opens and shows how many webpages will be updated.
You can make one change or several changes before applying them all at once.
Choosing which settings to update
The Batch Edit window contains the same settings you're familiar with when editing a single webpage. Simply choose the settings you want to change.
Basic
You can update:
- Status (Pause or Resume)
- Capture frequency
- Next screenshot
- Sharing
- Add tags (added to existing tags, not replaced)
Advanced
You can update:
- Width
- Height
- Location
- Delay
- User agent
Selectors
You can replace the selectors on all selected webpages:
- Click (replaces the existing Click selector)
- Hide (replaces the existing Hide selector)
- Hover (replaces the existing Hover selector)
You can also enable or disable:
- Hide cookie banners
- Click accept cookies
Only selected changes are applied
Batch Edit only updates the settings you explicitly change.
Every setting you leave untouched remains exactly as it already is on each selected webpage.
For example:
- Change only Capture frequency → every other setting stays unchanged.
- Change Status and Sharing → only those two settings are updated.
- Add a Tag → existing tags are kept and the new tag is added.
- Change a Click, Hide or Hover selector → the existing selector for that action is replaced.
This means you can safely update dozens or even hundreds of webpages without worrying about accidentally overwriting other settings.
Removing a change
Changed your mind?
Before saving, simply click the × next to a selected change in the summary at the top of the dialog.
That change is removed from the batch operation and will no longer be applied. You can add or remove changes as often as you like before clicking Update.
Applying your changes
When you're happy with your selections, click Update.
Stillio immediately applies the selected changes to every selected webpage.
Deleting multiple webpages
You can also delete multiple webpages at once.
Instead of clicking Edit, click the red Delete button after selecting your webpages.
Stillio will always ask you to confirm before permanently deleting webpages.
